Order Shipping & Returns

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all deliverable U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We also ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We ship to over 70 foreign countries and regions in the world including most of the continent of Africa, United Kingdom, Gambia, South Africa France, Canada etc.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)

  •  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 2 days of receiving your shipment at hello@mandilirx.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds 

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     

    Exchanges 

    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Return Shipping Label 

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on the initial order shipment, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.   

    •  If you are returning /shipping an item valued over $100.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot  guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

    •      All Sales are Final when an exchange is made
